Creating Reading Nooks in Hallways
If you have the space or have an ‘awkward shape’ on the landing or in the hallway, why not consider creating a ‘reading nook’.
Even if you never sit there, the placement of a comfortable chair, a little table, a lamp and a couple of attractive books will look so inviting and relaxing, that ambience will spread to the rest of the house.

That last reading nook is gorgeous – still doing up my little boy’s bedroom and defo going to do something like this for his books!
