Rebeka Kahn - Ishka Necklace Turquoise Milk

A beautiful Neck Piece by Irish designer Rebeka Kahn. 

The name Ishka is adapted from the Irish word Uisce which means water  (both are pronounced the same way.

The ceramic pieces were handcrafted with a black glaze.  Turquoise milk coloured glass was used to fuse the ceramics and are complimented by turquoise milk glow beads, hematite & black glass seed beads.

Ishka was inspired by the rippling rivers and the river banks of Glendalough in Co. Wicklow, the garden of Ireland.
