We always aim to send your order by the next working day. If an item is ‘made to order’, it will state that on the product details and we will email you to let you know when your order should be with you.

Delivery: You should usually receive your order within 2 days. Although there may be delays at busy times of the year such as Christmas.
All orders are despatched using An Post parcel service and will require a signature upon delivery. All items are insured and trackable.

Mainland EU Delivery
€12.50 shipping fee for the first product, and an additional €1.00 for each additional item.
Delivery: You should receive your order within 5 days
$16.50 / (€12.50) shipping fee for the first product and an additional $1.50 (€1.00) for each additional item.
Delivery: within 5-7 days.
Our website will automatically remove the VAT for the US but please note that you may have to pay local import duties upon receipt of your goods.
If you are not there
If you aren't there to sign for the delivery of your order, a note will be left advising you that your order can be collected at the local parcel depot. Please note that if you fail to collect your order within a certain length of time (usually ten days), it will be returned to us. We are happy to send your order out again but please note that you will have to pay for the shipping again.

We make every effort to wrap items carefully to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. If something has become damaged in transit, we ask that you contact us immediately by email and we will endeavour to send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
You do have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund dependant on certains terms and conditions which are:

We advise that you send the returns by recorded delivery or request a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from your post office. Unfortunately we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage.
Should you be sent a faulty item in error, we will of course refund you in full.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Exceptions to Returns
However, we do not accept returns on anything that is made to order or ordered especially for you such as wallpaper. We recommend that you order samples to check the colour and while we provide a calculator that will provide an indication of how many rolls you need, we recommend you ask your decorator to calculate it for you too. If there is a fault with the wallpaper, we will, of course, refund upon inspection of said rolls.
